About Me
Hello, hello!! Welcome!
I'm so happy to be here today! I'm Elizabeth... a wife, mom and yoga instructor.
Yoga is so much more than bending and twisting. It's a state of mind. Here is a bit about me...
My journey to yoga starts in the same way many others come to yoga. I was looking for a way to help me with stress and anxiety I was experiencing on a daily basis. I loved everything about the classes.... How it made me feel mentally and physically. It wasn't long after I started practicing that I took a 200 hour yoga teacher training to become an instructor. I have been a yoga instructor for over three years teaching in the Shawano and Seymour areas. When Covid 19 put a stronghold on the area in early 2020, I took the classes from in person to live stream so everyone could continue their yoga journey with their community. In June of 2021, I began teaching in person classes once again in the Seymour area while continuing to teach live stream classes.
In addition to being a wife, mom and a yoga instructor, I love being with my family. I enjoy music, crafting, camping and learning new things. We have two dogs, Toni and Ebony (who you may see when I teach live stream. They like to participate). We also have two birds named Luna and Casper, and a hamster named Taco. My son is 9 years old and loves to be part of yoga class as well. He has the making for becoming a great yoga instructor when he gets older.
